All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are fixed for the scope described. Additional work discovered during the job will be quoted separately before proceeding.
Payment is due on completion of work unless agreed otherwise. We accept bank transfer, card payment and cash. For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed in advance.
All work carried out by BOTA comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties on products (boilers, cylinders, etc.) are in addition to this guarantee.
You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur an administrative charge.
Pegnumi Contracting Ltd holds public liability insurance to the value of £10,000,000. We are Gas Safe registered (984613) and CHAS accredited.
